Life hurts sometimes, but you have to learn to deal with this pain in a positive way, knowing face adversity. How often do we hear people claim they got tired of fighting, which has no more strength. It is natural in the face of adversity fragilizarmos ultimately no human being is invulnerable, we all have our weaknesses, but we can not let them destroy us. "Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional." How often disappointment comes from who we admire more, the contempt of those who love most, how often our dreams are thwarted, as we are sometimes misunderstood and misinterpreted, and how many stones we find our way ... But you need to transform pain into learning, give meaning to her. Being in the role of victim? Save hurt? What's the point? Everything in life has a purpose and even pain can find meaning. And it is precisely in difficult times we find the forces that not even we knew that we had, it is precisely in these moments that we see that we are fragile yes, we have limitations, but we also have internal resources unimaginable to know how to deal and overcome all that. Of course it is not so simple, does not help to tell someone who is depressed to forces that somebody has to go and fight. I once read the following sentence "Depression is not a sign of weakness but rather a sign that he was struggling and long." Before anyone wanting to learn how to fall and get the resources you need to wake up that this person has and maybe not
know. Every change is a process, we need to respect each time, even if a word right at the wrong time can bring everything to lose. To raise awareness of someone that we know your background, your history, your pain and suffering, not to let ourselves be guided by appearances and preconceptions and fall into the error of fragilizarmos further. And before we want to know the other, we have to know ourselves and this process is ongoing, is an eternal discovery. The biggest lesson comes not from outside, only awakens us, the greatest lesson lies within each of us and it is up to each one to discover it, life, people and difficult situations only encourage us to do this, the pain sometimes is a message that needs to be decoded, assimilated and transformed to a greater good. We are often misunderstood, but why suffer with it? We can reverse our favor, in favor of our self. There are experiences in themselves, but what we do with them that makes us learn. I thank everyday people and circumstances that have helped me to wake up and rediscover my inner light. In my process of continuous development learned that problems have solutions depending on how they are perceived, but no use searching for "the light at the end of the tunnel", try searching for the light that resides within you, your inner strength, and it is there in moments more difficult if you believe it will shine. "Our greatest glory lies not in never falling into fact, but to always stand up after every fall."
